Mission Statement:
At WCMS, the school counseling program believes all students have a voice for their emotional and academic needs, to achieve personal growth, and realize their full potential to become successful young individuals.
The School Counselors at WCMS Believe:
All students can achieve and meet high standards that will result in college and career success.
Student developmental needs can be best met by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program.
School counselors must lead by example, advocate for students, and collaborate with fellow educators to create high academic rigor and allow each student opportunities for self-directed growth and learning
Student data must be analyzed and translated into goals that guide and promote student achievement.
